We purchased a 6-unit apartment building in a short sale in 2021 for $165,000. After a few months of renovations costing over $125,000, the project is completed and was recently appraised for $600,000!!! The units are fully rented and we have commenced the process for cash-out refinance. Another completed project in the books!
